September has arrived and while the days are still sweltering here, tomatoes, berries  and watermelon from our local grocer really make up the difference for the heat!  Keep a pitcher of tea in the fridge for cooling off.  Hope you're
enjoying these still warm/hot days wherever you are!  In this edition we're asking for Stovetop Suppers from our families to keep our kitchens cool...
no  oven required!
