National Cherry Popover Day

Popovers are the American version of Yorkshire pudding
~~~an egg batter that puffs up and over when baked
with a sweet or savory topping!
28 oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
dried oregano and dried basil to taste
Ratings & Reviews:
                                            **** I just realized that I hadn't rated this!
                                            This is wonderful!  I love having the control
                                            over the fattines of the turkey as well as the
                                            spicyness.  My only change is  adding poultry
                                           seasoning, which I love, and I usually don't
                                           need olive oil since the turkey I generally use
                                           is 93% fat free.  This has become a family
                                           staple.  I do up to 3 pounds at a time and then
                                           freze it to have on hand for pizza or to throw
                                           into sauces or soups/stews.
                                           Fabulous!!  Four star rating!
Cooking Up Our Family History
     Almost every family has a treasured recipe, beloved as much for the memories it evokes of family get-togethers or a special family member, as it is for its taste.  Most families have many such recipes, handed down through generations, taught to children, or squirreled away on index cards or scraps of paper.
     A wonderful gift for family & friends, a family recipe book is a wonderful way to combine favorite family dishes with memories of treasured family moments and members.  Together we will turn those family culinary favorites into actual family cookbooks.
